The LSAM (Large Scale Additive Manufacturing) Gantry 3D printer is able to print variety of thermoplastics which can be fiber reinforced to increase strength and stiffness. Furthermore, the printing chamber is temperature controlled to avoid deformations during printing and cooling down. The average printing speed is up to 15 kg/hr, and is adapted to run for 24 hours without operator intervention thus allowing Royal3D to print large or multiple parts efficiently and in one production run. The printer is ideal for special application print and anything within architecture, sculptures, heavy duty objects, and more.
Dimensions 4 x 2 x 1,5 m (W x D x H)
Layer height 1-12 mm approximate
Nozzle diameter 2-18 mm

Our second large scale Robotic Arm Printer allows for prints to be fiber reinforced to increase strength and rigidness. The machine’s large print volume allows for creating complex parts without compromising details. Future track extension will make it possible to increase the length of printed objects from 8 up to 20 meters. The printer is perfect for serial production printing, like boat casco’s, cradles, and big and complex site objects.

At Royal3D, we have invested in a diverse range of small-scale 3D printers allowing us to produce highly detailed prototypes and accurate scale models. Our selection of printers allows us to experiment with a variety of materials, ensuring that we can meet the unique requirements of each project—whether it’s for functional prototypes, aesthetic models, or complex geometries. By combining the precision of our advanced printers with our expert knowledge, we ensure that every project we undertake is brought to life with exceptional detail and craftsmanship.
Here at Royal3D, we use recyclable and sustainable materials. Customers can choose between carbon and glass fiber reinforced materials. When sing glass fiber materials, we ensure strength and rigidness of our prints, while maintaining the needed flexibility. Materials can range from GF, PLA, PP, PG, PETG, among others.
